How do you currently play music through your speakers?

Choose the option that best matches how music is connected to your sound system today.

Sonos System

You use the Sonos app and play music through Sonos speakers or a Sonos Amp/Port.

Mobile Device

A phone or tablet is plugged into your amp/speakers (or connected via Bluetooth), and you control music using a music app like Spotify or Pandora.

Computer

A computer (Mac or Windows PC) is connected to your sound system and plays music using a desktop app or web browser.

Hardware Streaming Box

You have a dedicated music box or receiver from another provider connected to your amp/speakers.

How do you control your Sonos system?

Select the app you typically use to manage your Sonos speakers.

Sonos Mobile App

You use the Sonos app on iPhone or Android to choose music.

Sonos Desktop App

You use the Sonos app on a Mac or Windows PC to choose music.

Set Up Your Riser Music Player

Sonos + Mobile App

What You'll Need to Complete This Setup

The Sonos app installed on your mobile device.
A Sonos system already set up and connected to Wi-Fi.
Your Soundtrack username and password.

Connect Soundtrack to Your Sonos System

Open Sonos

Launch the Sonos app on your mobile device.

Add Soundtrack as a Music Service

  • In Your Services, tap the "+" icon.
  • Scroll down and select Soundtrack (red icon).
  • Tap Add to Sonos.

Authorize Soundtrack

  • On the Add Sonos Account screen, tap Authorize.
  • Then tap Login and continue setup.

Log In to Soundtrack

  • Enter the Soundtrack credentials provided by your system administrator.
  • Tap Login.

Select Your Location

  • Choose your location from the list.
  • When prompted, tap Open to return to the Sonos app.

Confirm & Complete Setup

  • Confirm the correct location is shown at the top.
  • Tap Continue.
  • Tap Use Soundtrack as your preferred service.
  • Tap Done.

Set Up Your Riser Music Player

Sonos + Desktop App

What You'll Need to Complete This Setup

The Sonos app installed on your computer (PC or Mac).
A Sonos system already set up and connected to Wi-Fi or Ethernet.
Your computer connected to the same network as your Sonos system.
Your Soundtrack username and password.

Set Up Soundtrack in the Sonos Desktop App

Open the Sonos Desktop App

  • Launch the Sonos app on your Windows PC or Mac.
  • Click Add Music Services in the left sidebar.

Select Soundtrack Your Brand

  • Scroll through the available services and find Soundtrack (red icon).
  • Click Soundtrack to begin setup.

Authorize Your Account

  • Choose I already have an account when prompted.
  • Click Authorize — this will open your web browser to continue the setup.

Log In to Soundtrack

  • In the browser window, enter your Soundtrack username and password provided by your administrator.
  • Click Login to continue setup.

Pair Your Location

  • After logging in, look for your studio in the Not Connected section.
  • Click Pair Location to link Soundtrack to your Sonos system.

Confirm the Connection

  • When prompted, return to the Sonos app.
  • Confirm the message indicating that Soundtrack is now connected to Sonos.

Start Playing Music

  • Click Done to finish setup.
  • Soundtrack will now appear as a music service in Sonos.
  • Choose a playlist and start playing music.

Set Up Your Riser Music Player

Mobile Device

What You'll Need to Complete This Setup

A mobile phone or tablet connected to your studio's amplifier or sound system.
Your mobile device connected to the internet.
Access to your device's app store (App Store, Google Play, or Amazon Appstore) to download the Soundtrack Player app.
A pairing code from Dynamic Media.

This code links your device to the correct Soundtrack account.

Choose your device type to download the Soundtrack Player app:

Connect Your Device to Your Sound System

  • Make sure your phone/tablet is physically connected to your studio's amplifier or speakers via aux cable, USB audio interface, or Bluetooth.
  • Confirm volume is turned up on both your device and the amplifier or speakers.

Download & Install the Soundtrack Player App

  • Use the download buttons above to install the app.
  • Open the app after installation.

Launch the App and Pair Your Device

  • Open the app and tap on "Set up playback device".
  • Enter the six-letter pairing code you received for your location.
  • Tap "Pair" to connect the app to your business location.

Choose Your Music

Once paired, you have three ways to find music:

  • Library Tab: View your pre-suggested and branded playlists, including recommendations specifically for you.
  • Home Button: Browse through featured stations and playlists.
  • Search Tab: Explore the full library of curated playlists, stations, and genres if you know exactly what you are looking for.

Start Playing

Tap on the playlist you want and press Play to start the music.

Optional: Remote Control

Control your studio's music from any device — phone, tablet, or computer.

The Soundtrack Remote Control lets you manage your music without touching the mobile device running Soundtrack. Staff can control everything from any phone, tablet, or computer using a simple browser link.

Note: Remote Control is not available for Sonos users. Sonos playlists and playback must be controlled through the Sonos mobile or desktop apps.

What you can do with Remote Control

  • Start or stop music
  • Change playlists
  • Browse stations
  • Skip tracks
  • Adjust volume
  • See what's currently playing

How to access your Remote Control

Every studio will receive a unique Remote Control link from Dynamic Media or Riser Fitness.

  • You received an email with your Remote Control Link from Dynamic Media.
  • The link will automatically log you in so you can control playback at your location.

Computer Setup

Mac or Windows PC

What You'll Need to Complete This Setup

A Mac or Windows PC capable of downloading and installing applications.
Your computer connected to the internet.
Your computer's audio output connected to your studio's amplifier or speakers.
A pairing code from Dynamic Media.

This code links your computer to the correct Soundtrack account.

Download Soundtrack Desktop App

Choose your operating system to download the Soundtrack desktop app:

Setup Steps

Download the Soundtrack desktop app

Use the download buttons above to get the Soundtrack app for your Mac or Windows PC.

Install the application

Run the installer and follow the on-screen prompts to install Soundtrack on your computer.

Open the Soundtrack app

Launch the Soundtrack application from your Applications folder (Mac) or Start menu (Windows).

Pair the app to your location

  • Click Use Pairing Code at the bottom of the screen.
  • Enter the six-letter pairing code you received for your Riser Fitness location.
  • Click Pair Now to connect the desktop player to your business location.

Choose your music

  • Library Tab: Browse your assigned Riser Fitness playlists and recommended collections.
  • Home Button: Explore featured playlists and stations curated for businesses.
  • Search Tab: Search the full Soundtrack library of playlists, stations, artists, and genres.

Start playing

  • Click on a playlist you want to play.
  • Press Play to begin streaming music through your connected speakers.

Optional: Remote Control

Control your studio's music from any device — phone, tablet, or computer.

The Soundtrack Remote Control lets you manage your music without touching the computer running Soundtrack. Staff can control everything from any phone, tablet, or computer using a simple browser link.

Note: Remote Control is not available for Sonos users. Sonos playlists and playback must be controlled through the Sonos mobile or desktop apps.

Set Up Your Riser Music Player

PlayerOne Device

This setup is for studios that are currently using a third-party hardware music box and are switching to the pre-configured PlayerOne device sent by Riser Fitness / Dynamic Media. Your PlayerOne has been pre-set for your location so you can simply plug it in and start playing.

What You'll Need to Complete This Setup

A PlayerOne device provided by Dynamic Media.
The included power adapter and audio cable(s).
An available input on your studio's amplifier or speaker system.
Access to a network connection (Ethernet or Wi-Fi).

Setup Steps

Unbox PlayerOne

  • Remove the PlayerOne device, power adapter, and audio cables from the packaging.

Connect audio cables

  • Plug the audio cable into the headphone/AV output port on the back of the PlayerOne.
  • Connect the other end to an available input on your amplifier or mixer.

Connect to network

If your studio uses Ethernet:

  • Connect an Ethernet cable from the PlayerOne to your router or network switch.

If your studio uses Wi-Fi:

  • Your PlayerOne has already been pre-configured for your location's Wi-Fi and will automatically connect once it turns on.

Connect to power

  • Plug the power adapter into a wall outlet and into the PlayerOne.

Wait for automatic configuration

  • The screen will show "BOOT" when powering on.
  • The device will cycle through several messages as it downloads your studio's configuration.
  • When the screen displays "PLAY," setup is complete and your device is now streaming music.

Control Your Player

All music selection and playback are controlled through the Soundtrack Remote Control, not on the PlayerOne device itself.

  • You will receive a remote control link via email from your system administrator.
  • Click the link to open the Remote Control for your location.
  • Use the Remote Control to:
    • Select playlists
    • Browse stations
    • Start or stop playback
